Don Schollander
peaked early. After winning four gold medals at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, he teamed with Mark Spitz for more gold in 1972.


 



Oliver Stone
dropped out of Yale, and by 1978 he had won his first Oscar. Nominated for 10 Oscars in his career, he has won 3.



George W. Bush
was a late bloomer. After an unpromising youth, he became the most powerful person in the world.



Mark Trevor Smith
has yet to fulfill his potential.
